This app will help you with password setting / recovery or you can contact the OU Card Centre.
For a successful password set using this application, you need to know your login name (user ID / login), have a private email address registered in the University's systems, possibly a phone number (for sending SMS), and know your personal / student number.
The system will offer you authentication options (by email or SMS) according to the information provided. You will then be allowed to set your password.
The application is not used to setting / recovery the password to the Eduroam network!

To set / recovery your password, choose from the following options that you can apply:
If you do not receive a link to the email address or SMS code to the mobile number you entered when setting / restoring your password using this app, contact the OU Personnel (staff) or Student (students) Department to verify or change your contact information. Alternatively, you can contact the OU Card Centre to reset your password.
Your contact details (private email or phone number) were not found in the University's systems. Please contact the OU Personnel (staff) or Studies (students) department to have them completed.
You exhausted the daily limit of 3 SMS for this day. Choose another option.
