Obsahem kapitoly je problematika scaffoldingu jako forem podpory efektivního učení vysokoškolských studentů. Vycházíme ze sociokognitivních teorií učení L. Vygotského a J.S. Brunera, kteří procesy učení podmiňují sociální interakcí a komunikací. Záměrem empirického šetření bylo zjistit, jak studenti učitelství 1. stupně ZŠ popisují formy a zdroje podpory, které využívají v procesu učení? Výzkumným nástrojem sběru dat byla asociační technika nestrukturovaného pojmového mapování umožňující vizualizovat organizaci vztahů uvnitř struktury pojmů. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 22 studentů třetího ročníku magisterského oboru Učitelství 1. stupně základních škol na Pedagogické fakultě Ostravské univerzity. Jednalo se o 4 muže a 18 žen. Sběr dat proběhl v období dubna a května roku 2018. Jednalo se o dostupný soubor respondentů. Analyzovali jsme 138 výroků a 22 pojmových map. Jako významná byla popsána oblast emocionálního a sociálního scaffoldingu, individuální učební strategie, které vykazují znaky individuálně podmíněných postupů, jež studenti preferují při řešení studijních úkolů. Z učebních materiálnů studenti našeho výzkumného souboru preferují neautorizované zdroje z „druhé ruky“. Využití knihovny nebo konzultace s učiteli se objevilo pouze ve třech výrocích.

The chapter deals with scaffolding as a form of support for effective learning of university students. We are leaning on social cognitive theories of learning by L. Vygotsky and J.S. Bruner, who make learning processes conditional on social interaction and communication. The aim of the empirical survey was to find out how primary school teachers describe the forms and sources of support they use in the learning proces. The research tool of data collection was the association technique of unstructured conceptual mapping enabling to visualize the organization of relationships within the structure of terms . The research sample consisted of 22 students of the third year of the master's degree program of Teacher Training in Primary Schools at the Faculty of Education University of Ostrava. There were 4 men and 18 women. The data were collected in April and May 2018. We analyzed 138 statements and 22 conceptual maps. The area of emotional and social scaffolding, individual learning strategies, which show the signs of individually conditional procedures that students prefer in solving study tasks, was described as significant. From the study materials, our research group students prefer unauthorized second-hand resources. The use of the library or consultation with teachers appeared in only three statements.
