Identyfikacja potrzeb samoksztacenia stanowi pierwszy krok i warunek podjęcia jakiejś formy kształcenia. Badano potrzeby samokształcenia przedszkolanek. Przedszkolanki określały, wskazywały własne obszary wymagające kształcenia oraz określały intensywność kształcenia. W przypadku wskazanych obszarów wymagających kształcenia najliczniej pojawiła się intensywność najwyższego stopnia, tj. ?wysoka?. Badanie nie potwierdziło założenia, że zidentyfikowane potrzeby kształcenia przedszkolanek będą aktualne; że tematycznie będą dotyczyć integracji (włączenii) oraz kształcenia dwulatków w przedszkolach.

Identification of personal educational needs is the first step and presumption for entering any form of education. Thus, educational needs of kindergarten teachers were detected. Teachers identified and named areas of their professional educational needs and determined their intensity. For the reported educational needs, the highest frequency of intensity of the highest grade was found, i.e. ?high?. The research did not confirm the hypothesis, that identified educational needs of teachers are actual; that they are thematically related especially to inclusion and education of two-year-old children in kindergartens.
