Annotation in original language:
The aim of the paper is to point out to the specificity in education of teachers who adopt the role of examiner in Czech Language and Literature („CLL“) within speaking part of the new concept of the maturita exam (school-leaving exam) in Czechia. The text describes, analyses and evaluates selected problem areas in electronic education of the teaching profession from the point of view of a tutor as well as a participant in education and defines the pros and cons of the educational process in relation to transfer of theoretical knowledge and its application to the pedagogical reality at a secondary school.
