Jedná se o výstavu malby, posluchačů, absolventů a pedagogů tří malířských ateliérů. Z ostravské katedry malby ateliérů profesora Daniela Balabána a docenta Františka Kowolowského a z bratislavské VŠVU profesora Ivana Csudaie. Výstava je koncipována jako přehlídka současné mladé malby v kontextech dvou měst, států a ambiciózních ateliérů. Mezi pracemi najdete mnoho současných a úspěšných autorů obou škol. Součástí programu bude také konference, zaměřená na problematiku malby v současné době, tedy hledání její poloh v postmediálním prostředí, s příspěvky renomovaných teoretiků, Beáty Jablonské a Vladimíra Beskyda.

It is an exhibition of paintings, listeners, graduates and teachers of three painter's studios. From the Ostrava Department of Painting of Professors Daniel Balaban and Professor František Kowolowski and from Bratislava VŠVU Professor Ivan Csudai. The exhibition is conceived as a show of contemporary young painting in the context of two cities, states and ambitious ateliers. Among the works you will find many contemporary and successful authors of both schools. Part of the program will also be a conference focused on the issue of painting at present, searching for its position in the post-media environment, with the contributions of renowned theoretics, Beata Jablonska and Vladimir Beskyd.
