Annotation in original language:
This paper focuses on the design of a general system for evaluating competencies. The area of competency evaluating is widely applicable during the recruitment of new employees or the evaluation of existing employees or persons of any organisation or company. The proposed system includes identification of rated properties and their distribution into different categories. Another part of the system is setting the importance level for individual properties or categories. Another part of the system is evaluation of the categories of properties with the possibility of selecting the assessment method. At the end of the paper, the proposed system is experimentally verified. For experimental verification, we use an evaluation method based on a Takagi-Sugeno expert system.
