Studie krátce zmiňuje témata, o nichž se v minulosti nejvíce mluvilo v souvislosti s Petrem Bezručem a Slezskými písněmi. Pak se soustředí na problematiku autorství této sbírky. Ukazuje Vaškovo pojetí autorství, analyzuje případ tzv. Pseudobezruče. Vyvrací zpochybňování Vaška jako autora některých básní spisovatelem Janem Drozdem a písničkářem Jaromírem Nohavicou. Zamýšlí se nad tím, proč jejich názory rezonují ve veřejnosti.

This paper shortly mentions the questions discussed in the connection with Silesian Songs by Petr Bezruč. Then it concentrates on the issues of authorship of this collection of poems. It points out the Vladimír Vašek's (Petr Bezruč's real name) attitude to authorship. It recalls and analysesthe case of so called Pseudobezruč (fake Bezruč, the real name Jan Grmela). It disproves the writer Jan Drozd's and singer-songwriter Jaromír Nohavica's opinion that Vladimír Vašek did not writea part of Silesian Songs. It considers why this opinion has certain impact on the public. This situation is closely linked with present-day underestimating education and expertise.
