Studie zkoumá souvislosti mezi změnami ve společnosti a poptávkou po literárních dílech, které odrážejí určité infantilizace části čtenářské komunity a úsilí vyhnout se náročnému čtení, které klade na čtenáře značné nároky. Následná analýza čtenářských knih vydávaných nakladatelstvími Fraus, SPN a New School potvrzuje, že existují značné rozdíly v zařazení příkladů titulů pro příslušnou věkovou kategorii do čtenářských knih pro 2. stupeň základních škol.

The study searches for connections between changes in the society and demand for literary works which reflect a certain infantilization of a part of the readers? community and the effort to avoid challenging reading that puts considerable demands on the readers. Subsequent analysis of reading books published by the Fraus, SPN and New School publishing houses confirms that there are considerable differences in the inclusion of examples of titles for the appropriate age category in the reading books for the 2nd stage of elementary schools.
