Pozornost je věnována nejprve původnímu hradu na Starém Brně, poté hradu Špilberka. Brněnský hrad byl ve 13. století místem zasedání soudo. K hradu se také vázala zvláštní trestní jurisdikce.
Annotation in english language:	The chapter deals with the role of the Brno castle in the structures of the Moravian provincial judiciary. Attention is given first to the original castle in Old Brno, then Špilberk castle. Brno Castle was a place of the court session in the 13th century. Special criminal jurisdiction was also connencted with the Brno castle.
