Jedná se o komentář k §§ 958-970 zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, tyto ustanovení se zabývají pěstounskou péčí. Komentář se věnuje historickému vývoji tohoto institutu a rozebírá jednotlivá ustanovení zákona z pohledu pěstouna, rodiče dítěte v pěstounské péči i dítěte v pěstounské péči. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována judikatuře české i evropské.

It is a commentary on §§ 958 to 970 of Law no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, these provisions deal with foster care. Commentary focuses on the historical development of this institute and discusses the individual provisions of the law from the perspective of the foster parent, parents of a child in foster care and child in foster care. Special attention is paid to the Czech and European case law.
