Pokračující šetření Mobbingu v ČR upřesňuje některá zjištění pilotního šetření, zejména v otázce prevalence tohoto jevu mezi zaměstnanci obou pohlaví ve státním a soukromém sektoru, dále výskyt dílčích forem Mobbingu a jeho psychické implikace. Kvůli neparametrické povaze dat byl použit Mann-Whitney U-test a Spearmanův r-koeficient. Výsledky navýšily odhad výskytu Mobbingu v ČR z pilotních 4.17% na 8.31%. Mobbing v ČR se častěji manifestuje v soukromém, než státním sektoru (2:1). Zkušenost s Mobbingem signifikantně snižuje subjektivní pocit pohody oběti. Souběžně, u osob prožívajících šikanu na pracovišti, byl zjištěn nárůst téměř všech psychopatologických příznaků, které měří diagnostická škála SUPOS-7. V tomto kontextu se jako ohroženější podskupina oběti Mobbingu jeví muži, u kterých byl zjištěn signifikantní nárůst úzkosti a sklíčenosti.

Continued investigation of mobbing in the CR clarifies some of the findings from the previous pilot investigation, particularly in the prevalence of this phenomenon among the employees of both sexes within the public and private sectors, as well as the occurrence of partial forms of mobbing and its psychological implications. Due to the nature of nonparametric data was used Mann-Whitney U-test and Spearman r-coefficient. The results increased the estimate of the incidence of mobbing in the ČR from the pilot 4.17% to 8.31%. Mobbing in the CR is often manifested in the private than the public sector (2:1). Experience with mobbing significantly reduced subjective well-being of the victim. People experiencing bullying in the workplace, found an increase of almost all psychopathological symptoms, which measures the range of diagnostic SUPSO scale. In this context, as a vulnerable subgroup of mobbing victims appear to men, who suffer a significant increase of anxiety and depression.
