The fact that our department?s main focus is on the creation and evaluation of eLearning (or an eLearning project has led to designing of instruments - from an evaluation questionnaireon the quality of the study materials to the evaluation of the individual parts of the Instructional System Design to the evaluation of an eLearning project as a whole. The submitted paper introduces one of the instruments - the evaluation portal and the demonstration of its use in eLearning courses for lifelong learning in secondary vocational school.
