Článek se zaměřuje na subjektivní vnímání zátěže, pracovníků sociálního a právní ochrany dětí (OSPOD) pracujících s klienty. Cílem bylo určit, jak tito zaměstnanci patřící do skupiny pomáhajících profesí vnímají svou pracovní zátěž, jaké jsou jejich názory na aktuální úkol vytvořit standardy kvality své práce sociálního a právní ochrany dětí a jak se snaží vyrovnat se s požadavky své práce vůbec. Výzkum byl proveden v červnu 2014 u 160 pracovnic OSPOD. Respondentky hodnotily svou vlastní pracovní zátěž jako relativně vysokou (vyšší než zátěž mimo práci a než zátěž v jiných srovnatelných profesí). Je pravděpodobné, že na pracovní zátěž negativně působí i rozhodnutí ústředních orgánů, která nejsou z hlediska výkonných pracovníků dostatečně připravená.

The article is focused on the subjective perception of workload, staff social and legal protection of children working with clients and their problems. The aim of the research study is to affect how these workers belonging to the helping professions felt his workload at all, what is their opinion on the current task to create quality standards of social and legal protection of children and how they are trying to cope with the demands of their work. The research was carried out in june 2014. The respondents (n = 160) used by the inventory. The results,indicate that respondents assessed their own workload as relatively high (higher than the load outside of the job and than the burden in other comparable professions). It is likely that the evaluation and experience of workload, negatively influence the way how to implement the decision of the central authorities regarding e.g. the introduction of quality standards in legal protection of children activities perceived as insufficiently prepared.
