Annotation in original language:
The paper proposes a new fuzzy-based ETL filter for ETL processes in business intelligence (BI) systems. First part introduces common company systems and possible data sources in the company. Second part formulates the problem with interpreting information in BI systems. Third part of the paper identifies suitable linguistic variables that help with interpreting the data to the user and automated filter as well. Next, we define a rule base and input and output values of expert system. Last part of the paper introduces architecture of the proposed fuzzy-based filter and connects it with the BI ecosystem through ETL processes.
Annotation in english language:
EQ-algebras form a succesfull truth-value structure. Searching these algebras requires enourmous load to human since the state-space is superexponential with respect to its size. We present a promising method for automated generation based on Genetic Algoritms. It enables to generate interesting algebras without manual selection and evaluation of required and optional properties. We present also software application for this task -- EQCreator.
