Annotation in original language:	The differential evolution (DE) is a simple stochastic algorithm for the global optimization. An adaptive version of DE called b6e6rl is very effective algorithm but sometimes it comes to stagnation or premature convergence like other algorithms. The aim of this work is to propose a new variant of competitive DE with prevention of mentioned phenomenons. The new variant of algorithm is experimentally compared with original b6e6rl on the set of problems developed for the special session of CEC2013.
