Annotation in original language:
This paper with a new way for designing external fixators applied in traumatology and orthopaedics. These fixators can be applied in the treatment of open and unstable fractures of pelvis and it`s acetabulum. The new construction is due to the previous design solution focused on easy of handling during the surgery and consists of simple components to build fixator. To verify the function of fixator was used a model created in CAD Inventor. It was optimized for the FEM calculations, which verify its properties under the load. Optimalization were based on weight, patient's comfort, reduction in the duration of the surgical treatment, cost etc.
