Annotation in original language:
This paper analyzes the risks of an electronic communication, which may threaten children and teenagers (e.g. cyberbullying, cybergrooming and cyberstalking). On the basis of this analysis information and educational web portal was created and evaluated. The aim of this portal is to promote awareness and prevention of danger of an electronic communication among children and teenagers. The research and experience illustrate that the weak point of information and media competencies of the Czech population lies in a low information literacy of parents, particularly in relation to new social media (the social network Facebook, etc.). Furthermore, the idea of a common family communication and educational platform will be designed. It will allow intergenerational exchanges of skills and experience in an entertaining way. An objective of this platform is to support non-formal and lifelong education of both groups and to develop their information and media competencies.
