This contribution analyses the value-added the relative gain of knowledge assessment results from secondary schools of the Moravian-Silesian region between 2007-2010 and 2008-2011. The relative gain measured in these years is compared in terms of individual schools and subjects. Two coefficients are determined for this purpose - absolute change coefficient and overall change coefficient - which allow us to judge how significant the change in individual subjects? and schools? value-added is.
