Das Geschehen, um das es in diesem Buch geht, muss durch die Redebeiträge der Figur Wolf Haas rekonstruiert sein. Es handelt sich hier um einen Kunstgriff eines Erzählers, der eine Geschichte nicht plan erzählt, sondern die Leser dazu bringt, sie aus den Redebeiträgen zu rekonstruieren. Es ist dies eine völlig neue Art zu erzählen.

The novel ?The Weather 15 Years Ago? by the Austrian author Wolf Haas is not a story in a conventional sense but rather a dialogue between the (fictional) author Wolf Hass and a female person being called ?literary supplement?. The plot of the book has to be reconstructed through the speech contributions by the figure Wolf Haas. It is a kind of narrative device, in which the story is not told conventionally but the reader is compelled to reconstruct it out of the speech contributions. Therefore, it is a completely new kind of narration.
