In the paper we want to share our experience with instruction of two subjects Work with information and Media and Communication. Both subjects have been included into the study programme of the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of Ostrava since 2003. The project Media training at pedagogical faculty preceded the introduction of both subjects. The aim of the project was to prepare, develop, implement and evaluate the study subjects that contribute to media literacy of teachers and educators. We use the experience to prepare and implement a module Medial literacy in school practise.
