Tato kapitola představuje základní kompetence vztahující se k úspěšnému zvládání komunikačních procesů: aktivní naslouchání, vedení rozhovoru a diskuze. Obsahem je i řešení komunikačně složitých situací, tj. konfliktů, kritiky, pomluv, nátlaku a manipulaci.

This chapter presents the basic competencies necessary for the successful management of communication processes: active listening, conversation management and discussion management. The chapter also examines ways of dealing with difficult communicative situations such as conflicts, criticism, slander, pressure and manipulation.
