Hypertension coplicantes 5-10% of pregnancies and is a major cause of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. We would like to show in our case report a young woman with chronic hypertension treated during two pregnancies with different antihypertensive medication and a necessity of good cooperation between hynaecologist and specialist for treatment of hypertension.
