Popis v původním jazyce:
The integration of IT into education is increasing, particularly in terms of the spread of Interactive Whiteboards (IWB) that are used in lectures. Universities bear the role of preparing future teachers for the technological innovations they are expected to use at the beginning of their teaching careers. Meanwhile, it is also important to coordinate these efforts with schools whose current faculty are in need of training. This study links results from foreign research with domestic experiences and exposes areas that teachers ought to focus on when incorporating IWBs as a tool to improve education. Workshops and other study aids are offered based on cooperation between universities and secondary schools. Universities include topics on IWBs in the syllabi of courses focused on the use of IT in education. This study presents a normative approach for expanding the necessary skills a teacher must have to effectively use IWBs in lectures.
