Die Stadt als sozialer Kontext ist Bedingung für die soziale Arbeit und unterscheidet sich von ländlichen Kontext durch die Art der Integrationsprobleme und der sozialen Probleme überhaupt. Denn die Stadt integriert anders und grenzt anders aus als das Dorf. Daraus ergeben sich spezifische Fragen an die soziale Arbeit und an die sozialräumlichen Bedingungen unter denen sie handelt.

The city as a special socio-spatial context is the frame of social work in the city. The city with its urbanity is different from a village in a rural context. The city does include and excluse in other ways as the village. Therefore social work must reakt in other way on the problems of integration and on social problems at all as well
