Annotation in original language:	Na základě jazykového materiálů z Britského národního korpusu se autor pokouší popsat lékařské interview jako žánr diskurzu, který se obvykle dělí na tři hlavní části (fázi anamnézy, vyšetření a navržení léčby), využívá zejména tří mluvních aktů (otázek, odpovědí a tzv. reaktivů) a má tři hlavní účastníky (lékaře, pacienta a sestru).
Annotation in english language:	On the examples excerpted from the BNC, the author discusses the division of the medical encounter into three main sections (history-taking/examination/treatment), the organization of speech acts (questions/answers/reactives), and the role of leading dialogue participants (doctor/patient/nurse).
