Aufgrund der Analyse der im Schwarzen Buch der Stadt Fulnek eingetragenen Texte zivilrechtlichen Charakters wird gezeigt, dass die belegte Tendenz zur Formelhaftigkeit mit dem verbindlichen Charakter juristischer Texte zusammenh§ngt und dass die Verlängerung der Urteile in jüngeren Texten oft nur auf die Tendenz zur Verzierung der Sprache und stilistische Ausschmückung zurückzuführen ist.

The analysis of civil law texts found in the "Black Book" of the town of Fulnek shows that linguistic cliches (formulaic use of language) found in these texts are related to the binding nature of legal texts, and that the extension of texts in more recent judgements is frequently attributable solely to the tendency towards linguistic and stylistic embellishment.
