In the present time the informatization of the Czech school system is on the level, which we can characterize as stable but primarily insufficient. To reach better competitiveness of the Czech school system in ICT knowledge area it is necessary to create and realize global centralized concept of development and support of these technologies. The government of the Czech Republic accepted the document Concept 2009. The frame goal of the concept is to reach effective use of ICT in education and increase of information literacy of the population.
