Annotation in original language:	The new "Act of Paramedical professions" has been adopted in the Czech Republic in 2004. The act governs the conditions for the obtaining of qualifications for pursuing paramedical professions and for carrying out activities related to the provison of health care. To satisfy the legislation the 3-year BME bachelor porgram accredited in 2003 at VSB TU Ostrava has been re-acredited in 2007. In addition the new 2-year BME concuring master porgram is been accredited in 2008.
