Příspěvek je jedním z iniciačních výstupů výzkumu, v jehož rámci jsou genderová identita a genderové role chápány jako součást vybraných osobnostních proměnných ovlivńujících odolnost vůči zátěži. Obsahuje přehled základních demograficko-profesních charakteristik souboru, deskripci a dílčí analýzy získaných výsledků. Faktorovou analýzou byly nalezeny 3 faktory -typy genderových rolí. Na základě Z - skórů byly, ve vztahu k těmto faktorům , t- testem zjištěny rozdíly u podsouborů vytvořených na základě pohlaví, věku a genderové identity respondentů.

The paper is one of the initial outputs of a research project focusing on gender identity and gender roles as components in selected personality variables influencing resistance to stress. The paper outlines the main demographic and professional characteristics of the sample, and presents a description and partial analysis of the results. Factor analysis was used to determine three main factors- types of gender roles. On the basic of the Z-score, a t- test was carried out in relation to these factors to detemine the differences in the subsets created on the basis of sex, age and gender identity of the respondents.
