Cílem kapitoly je poskytnout čtenáři základní informace o zákonných omezeních života imigrantů v České republice.

The aim of this chapter is to provide the reader with basic information about legal regulations concerning the life of migrants in the Czech Republic, the governmental priciples in the field of migration of foreigners and institutions engaged in migration and integration of foreigners. Special attention is paid to minor and youth migrant's education as a relatively new phenomenon in the Czech environment.
