Annotation in original language:
Water pollution may contain contaminants, which can have impact on genetic apparatus of aquatic organisms. Presented article gives the brief information about results of five years study has concerned selection, verification and standardisation of the most appropriate method for detection of this feature. Based on our experience we can state that for this purpose can be successfully used miniaturised form of genotoxicity test (Muta-ChromoPlate test) with or without metabolic activation by S9 liver fraction from trout.
