Key words in English:
eLearning, Learning Management System (LMS), intelligent teaching, the learning style of student
Annotation in original language:
In the last few years we can see gradual individualization of study not only in distance learning forms of study but also with full- time study students. Instructional supports, namely those of e-learning, should take this trend into account and adapt also educational processes to individual students´ qualities. Present learning management systems (LMS) offer this possibility only in very limited extent. This paper deals with suggestion of intelligent virtual tutor behaviour, who would adapt his/her lecture to both static and dynamically changing student´s qualities. Virtual tutor, in order to be manage all that, has to have partly sufficiently rich supply of different styles and forms of teaching, partly enough information about styles of learning, kinds of memory and other student´s qualities. Way of keeping all information and its use by virtual tutor - these are topics, which this paper suggests.
