Annotation in english language:	The aim of this paper is to give basic information about the art of interpretation, i.e. the hermeneutics and to show how closely it is related to translatology. The so-called hermeneutic circle is presented here as a central principle through which the texts are to be perceived. Each part (of a work) has to be interpretated with a respect to the whole and vice versa. The thoughts of famous philosophers such as Friedrich Schleiermacher, Paul Ricouer (referring to the given problems) are presented here as well.
