Annotation in original language:
The evolution of theoretical learning concepts brings new stimuli to lifelong learning practice. One of the new theoretical bases appropriate for adult education is experimental learning theory which analyses and evaluates the e-learning educational programmes from standpoint of potential learning effectiveness. At the same time it can be a gnoseological theoretical basis of designing educational programmes for adults. The contribution gives the basic description of experimental learning and its two key developmental variants. As each of them can be stimulating for designing e-learning educational programmes, you find a few ideas to make use of them.
