Key competences of physics teacher in information and communication technology (ICT) can be sorted into three levels. The basic user operational skills as pre-requisites, as managing with programmes, are the first level. The advanced skills conclude new operational skills for physics teaching, e.g. creating pictures, videos, preparation of teaching materials and computer aided experiments. The third level is implementation of the mentioned skills in teaching/learning process in physics, especially in mutual interactions pupil - subject matter of physics ? teacher. The first two skills are the obvious skills of the computer literacy teacher. The paper concludes the third level of skills in detailed.
