Learning can be influenced by many factors. In the paper we deal with such factors as learners personality and quality - particularly learning styles and motivation. In addition we want to prepare training materials and study environment which respects learner?s differences. Personalised e-learning means an automated way of teaching which adapts to different qualities of learners which are characteristic of their learning styles. We have analysed the classifications already published and we propose a set of mutually independent learner?s qualities which influence the learning process.
