Annotation in original language:	Kapitola se zabývá dějinami města Zlína v době, kdy by ve vlastnictví rodu pánů ze Šternberka (14.–15. století). Dějiny města jsou zasazeny do širšího rámce jejich panství na východní Moravě. Analyzovány jsou starší doklady týkající se rozvoje města v daném období.
Annotation in english language:	The chapter deals with the history of the town of Zlín at the time when it was owned by the Lords of Šternberk (14th-15th century). The history of the town is set in the broader context of their dominion in East Moravia. Older documents concerning the development of the town in the period are analysed.
