Komplexní systém školy, která by chtěla rozvíjet nadané žáky, zahrnuje tři základní pilíře.První pilíř je pravidelná identifikace nadání na základě kvalitního psychometrického nástroje a jeho standardizované použití. Druhým pilířem je systém rozvoje a vzdělávání nadaných a jeho organizační a funkční schéma. Třetím pilířem, který považujeme za nejdůležitější, je dlouhodobá koncepce vzdělávání učitelů v obou oblastech rozvoje nadaných žáků a v oblasti realizace efektivních a moderních didaktických metod, jejichž využití je klíčové při individualizaci a diferenciaci vzdělávání.

A complex system of a school that would like to develop gifted students includes three basic pillars. The first one is a regular identification of the giftedness based on a quality psychometric tool and its standardized use. The second pillar is a system of the development and education of the gifted and its organizational and functional scheme. The third one, which we consider the most important, is a long-term conception of teacher's training both in the area of the development of gifted students and in the area of implementing effective and modern didactic methods, whose usage is crucial while individualizing and differentiating education.
