Annotation in original language:
Education in the field of nutrition together with practical experience taking into account the individual situation will help the elderly to understand the unchangeable role of nutrition and to apply the knowledge in daily practice in everyday life and thus contribute to the prevention and delay of chronic diseases in the elderly. The results of the project will be implemented through effective educational intervention and universal methods that will contribute to the improvement of nutritional knowledge and the quality of life of the elderly. The Nutritional education for elderly people project is awaiting evaluation within the International Visegrad Fund.
