A partir de la enseñanza asíncrona surgen inquietudes en torno a la mejor forma de hacer seguimiento, mantener la motivación y evitar la deserción en el aprendizaje de una lengua extranjera. En este artículo se presentan los retos y aprendizajes de ELE desde el proyecto checo de Španělština do plavek y las estrategias para mantener vivo el aprendizaje de la lengua española a través del mundo virtual. Se enfatiza en la personalización de la enseñanza, el ajuste y verificación de herramientas y recursos y en la puesta en práctica de retos, con una duración determinada para mantener despierto el interés por el aprendizaje.

From asynchronous teaching, concerns arise about the best way to follow up, maintain motivation and avoid desertion in learning a foreign language. This article presents the challenges and learnings of ELE from the Czech project of Španělština do plavek and the strategies to keep the learning of the Spanish language alive through the virtual world. Emphasis is placed on the personalization of teaching, the adjustment and verification of tools and resources and the implementation of challenges, with a determined duration to keep the interest in learning a new language.
