Celem badań było sprawdzenie, czy współczesny odbiorca kazań sięga po te internetowe, czy woli je od tradycyjnych, czego od kazań oczekuje. Badanie potwierdziło, że katolickie strony internetowe odwiedzają głównie osoby młode, które na tych stronach poszukują głównie porady duchowej, wsparcia w wierze, pomocy w trudnych chwilach, ciekawostek na temat świętych, informacji z życia Kościoła. Ponad połowa ankitowanych czyta lub słucha kazania internetowe, jednak większość respondentów przyznaje, że nie są one w stanie w pełni zastąpić kazań tradycyjnych wygłaszanych w kościele. Kazania internetowe oceniają bardzo pozytywnie i wskazują ich atuty - możliwość wyboru czasu słuchania, tematyki, autora kazania.

The aim of the research was to find out whether contemporary recipients of sermons reach for these online sermons, whether they prefer them to traditional ones, what they expect from sermons. The survey confirmed that Catholic websites are visited mainly by young people, who look for spiritual advice, support in their faith, help in difficult moments, interesting facts about the saints and information about the life of the Church. More than half of the respondents read or listen to Internet sermons, but most respondents admit that they cannot fully replace traditional sermons delivered in church. Internet sermons are evaluated very positively and indicate their advantages - the possibility to choose the time of listening, the topic, the author of the sermon.
