Przedmiotem uwagi jest tekst popularnej, jednocześnie kontrowersyjnej publikacji czeskiego teologa ewangelickiego, Alexandra Fleka, zatytułowanej Parabiblia (Parabible). Autorki zaznajamiają odbiorcę z osobą Aleksandra Fleka, informują, dla kogo prymarnie przeznaczona jest jego praca, po czym poddają analizie jej formę językową (styl, leksykę), posługując się w dużej mierze przykładami z tekstu oryginału (źródła). Bardziej szczegółowo zostały przedstawione trzy rozdziały Biblii: Ewangelia według Jana 9, 1–7, Łukasza 16, 19–31 oraz Mateusza 21, 1–11. Autorki pozytywnie oceniają analizowaną publikację, wskazując na jej liczne zalety: prosty, zrozumiały język, dostosowany szczególnie do młodego odbiorcy, lokalizację czasu i przestrzeni wydarzeń biblijnych do aktualnych realiów, lekki humor i sympatyczny wizerunek/obraz Jezusa – głównego bohatera Parabiblii.

This article is devoted to the popular, but at the same time controversial, publication entitled Parabible, written by the Czech Evangelical theologian Alexandr Flek. The paper presents the author, provides information about the primary intended recipient of the book, and analyses its language (style, lexis), to a large extent using examples from the original text (source). Three chapters from the Gospels are discussed in more detail: John 9: 1–7, Luke 16: 19–31 and Matthew 21: 1–11. The authors of the study positively evaluate the analysed publication, pointing to its numerous advantages: simple, understandable language, especially adapted for young recipients, the localisation of biblical events in the time and space of present-day reality, light humour and a nice image of Jesus – the main character of Parabible.
