Prezentovány výsledky výzkumu. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit častost navazování spolupráce a obtížnost spolupráce při řešení problémů, které potřebovali zákonní zástupci dětí zařazených v mateřské škole řešit ve spolupráci s pedagogickými pracovníky mateřské školy. Kvantitativně orientovaný výzkum, metodou sběru dat dotazník, výzkumným souborem pedagogičtí pracovníci.

Cooperation of children’s legal representatives with kindergarten pedagogical staff is one of the preschool education conditions, yet often influenced by social, economic and other issues. The research aimed at finding out the frequency of establishing cooperation and the difficulty in solving problems between legal representatives and kindergarten pedagogical staff. We used qualitative method and a questionnaire to collect the data. Participants included headmistress, head teachers, and “executive” kindergarten teachers. Within economic area, paying education fee was the most frequent for “seamless cooperation”, cooperation in paying meals was most frequently addressed as “with difficulties”, and the above-standard activities were most frequently “without difficulties”. Within social area, cooperation regarding kindergarten availability, its location in a certain area and inclusion related problems were mostly addressed “sometimes”. Personal consultation was found as the most effective cooperation form in problem solving. In a public professional environment, focused attention is needed to address the outlined issues.
