Annotation in original language:
The article deals with the approach for creating, storing and manipu-lating a hierarchical competency model of a company. This approach is imple-mented in the ASP.Net Core web application environment. The article also de-scribes the data model of the hierarchical competency model and the process of mapping to/from the JSON format. Techniques such as reflection, recursion, or dynamic data structures are used in the proposed approach. The article also in-cludes an experimental verification of the proposed approach. The hierarchical competency model is used to create a general system for evaluating professional competencies of employees.
