Cíle předmětu (anotace):
|
Physiology I. is a preclinical experimental course that emphasizes student to work independently. For medical students the goal is not only to acquire factual knowledge but also logical thinking and manual, rhetorical and sensory skills in the function of body fluids and blood cells, cardiovascular, respiratory and excretory systems. Physiology 1 follows and develops morphological and biochemical fields and prepares students for clinical disciplines.

Požadavky na studenta
|
Student Requirements:
1) Passing of practical exercises with tolerance of one absence without compensation. Any other absence must be excused and justified, but a maximum of 1/3 of the compulsory education can be replaced.
2) Passing the seminar without a single absence: part of the seminars are selected and problematic parts of the previous lessons (lectures / practical exercises) where the student has the opportunity to consult the selected topic and to better understand it. 100% attendance will be part of the evaluation for the end of the semester.
3) Successful completion of mid-term tests (3 tests), i.e at least 71% success rate on all interim tests.
- Students who achieve an average success rate of 71% or more from all running tests will receive a credit.
- Students who have achieved an average success rate of less than 71% from the midterm tests will write a credit test in the 15th week of the test, which has the lowest score.
- The course guarantor will decide on the further procedure for students who fail to complete the credit test, i.e they achieve less than 71% of the required success rate, based on a written request from the student.
