Popis v původním jazyce:
With the rising amount of information pupils are required to take in and digest, the competence of teachers to navigate through the difficulty of assigned exercises in terms of mental operations difficulty also rises in importance. In this context the taxonomy of exercises that train cognitive functions is often being brought up. The more demanding an exercise is the more complex mental processes are happening during its solving, which means higher cognitive labor by students. Students? pupils dilate more with increasing mental labor and contract the moment the student solves the exercise or gives up. The first phase of our experiment monitors students? pupils? reactions when they solve exercises of varying difficulty.
