Annotation in original language:
The chapter deals with the issue of developmental threats, disruptions and their screening and prevention in school settings. Contemporary practices of interventions in schools fail especially at the stage of practical implementation and don?t provide enough quality baseline data for decision-making processes. Effective diagnostics is yet necessary first step to effective helping. In response to the current state we propose the adjustment of methodic for work with students in context of developmental threats. The concept of the methodic is based both on the principles of risk management, both on proposal of implementation of existing tool for data collecting - the California Healthy Kids Survey. The proposed methodic allows in particular to better capture acting developmental processes (to provide the necessary data) and clearly respond to them - so called targeted helping. Presented arguments and benefits support the need for further discussion on this issue.
