Článek svým zaměřením sahá do oblasti pedagogické komunikace a interakce, specificky se zaměřuje na projevy interakčního stylu učitelů ve výuce v závislosti na jejich genderových rozdílech. Informuje a srovnává výsledky šetření z roku 2008 a 2013, jejichž cílem bylo zjistit, jak genderové rozdíly ovlivňují projevy učitelů v rámci interakčního stylu a jak tyto projevy hodnotí samotní žáci v procesu školní výuky. K získání výzkumných dat byl použit jeden ze standardizovaných dotazníků interakčního stylu učitele.

The article deals with the issue of pedagogical interaction and communication, it is focusing principally on the interactive style of teachers in the process of classwork, namely depending on their gender differences. It brings the information about the results of the surveys from the years 2008 and 2013 and compares them. Their objective was to find out how gender differences influence the teachers´ communication and their interactive style and how the teachers´ interaction and communication in the process of classwork are evaluated by pupils. As a research implement one of the standardized questionnaires of the teachers´ interactive style was used.
