Key words in English:
Diazepam; Differential pulse voltammetry; DC voltammetry; meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrode.
Annotation in original language:
Voltammetric methods for determination of Diazepam (DZ) were developed. Techniques differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and DC voltammetry were used for determination of DZ at meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrode (m-AgSAE). The effect of the pH on the intensity of signal of DZ in media of mixture of Britton-Robinson buffer (BR) and methanol (9:1) and 0.1 M NaOH and methanol (9:1) was studied. The optimal medium for determination of DZ was mixture of 0.1 M NaOH and methanol (9:1). The developed methods were used for the determination of DZ in the drug sample Diazepam Slovakofarma (Zentiva).
