This case study was created based on a questionnaire survey, which took place in spring 2012 and focused on the 1st year students of general medicine, studying at the University of Ostrava. Tested sample was 96 students. participated in this study. The questionnaire survey was divided into three areas. The first area of concern was the involvement of science laboratory work such as physics, chemistry and biology, at the middle stage of their education process. The second area of concern focused on the use of students' opinions and their knowledge in science and medicine and the third area focused on students' experiences with electronic testing systems. This article shows the results obtained through investigations of the electronic testing method.
